Leopards defines delivery zones by distance from origin city, broadly grouped into:

  • Zone A (Major Cities) – e.g. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Sukkur, Gujranwala

  • Zone B (Other Cities across Pakistan)

Order Confirmation & Payments

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday may take up to 2 working days to confirm.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-volume times, verification may take longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Up to 3 confirmation calls are made. If not confirmed, the order is canceled.

  • Payment is collected at the shipping address upon delivery.

  • COD amounts are transferred to your bank within the Leopards payment cycle.

Prepaid Orders

  • Processed after fraud check clearance. Failed checks lead to automatic cancellation.

  • Dispatch confirmation email with tracking number is sent—please check your Junk/Spam/Promotions folder.


Order Cancellation & Modification

Orders can be canceled or modified before processing begins. Once processing starts, no changes or cancellations are permitted.

Arzo Official reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Declined payments

  • High return ratio

  • Non-service areas

  • Suspicious history
