GENERAL POLICY

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, tags intact, and packaging in original condition with the invoice attached.

Sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered valid reasons for return or exchange.

Any extra fabric, embellishments, or accessories shown in product images are only included if explicitly mentioned in the product description.
LOCAL ORDERS (WITHIN PAKISTAN)

Size Exchange: Available for full-priced items (subject to stock availability). Customers must send the product back via a local courier within 14 days. Courier charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Product Exchange: Customers may exchange full-priced items for another product. Any price difference and shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Defective/Wrong Item: If a wrong or defective item is received, we offer free pickup services. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Replacements may take up to 3 weeks, subject to availability.

Unauthorized Returns: Arzo Official is not liable for courier charges if the customer sends the item back without confirmation from our support team.

Care Instructions: Please follow care instructions carefully. For unstitched fabrics, we recommend pre-soaking and drying before stitching to minimize shrinkage.

Currency & Pricing: Refunds/exchanges will reflect the current exchange rate. If a product goes on sale after your purchase, refund or compensation will be based on the discounted price.

Store Credit: Upon approval, you may be offered a store credit (usable only on arzofficial.com) or an exchange, based on item availability.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

No Returns or Exchanges are offered for international orders.

In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will resend the correct item after verification.

If the item or size is no longer available, the customer will receive a full refund or store credit.

Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

All refunds will be processed at the current exchange rate and based on the current price (if the item is on sale).

Return abuse is monitored and we reserve the right to limit or decline returns.
Refund Policy

No refund policy is in place except for rare cases where the item is out of stock or defective.

Approved refunds are processed within two weeks, and credited to the original payment method.

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Refused deliveries will not be refunded. Instead, a store credit (usable online only) will be issued once the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

In case of partial shipments, refunds for out-of-stock items will be processed once the rest of the order is shipped.
